Lactate Scout Vet - How to Use

Lactate reading in 10 seconds
 
Take a strip out of the vial
 
Hold strip so that the sensor connection is facing downward
 
Insert the test strip into the slot at the top of the Lactate Scout Vet unitl is stops The arrow should face toward the analyzer. When the analyzer is turned off, this auomatically turns the analyzer on and activates the measurement mode.
Lower the end of the inserted strip to a freshly created blood drop. Or use a cappilary tube or pipette to apply the drop. Avoid direct contact with anything but the blood drop
